Meet our founder

Hi, I’m Heather Clark, LCPC, LPC, CBTP.

I believe your body belongs here, exactly as it is—no pressure to change, no judgments. My clients tell me they leave sessions feeling seen, like they finally “make sense.”

I’m warm, friendly, a bit of an extravert, and I’m here for the real work—pushing gently but purposefully toward the edges of your comfort zone because that’s where growth happens.

I’ll help you put feelings into words, make insightful connections, and rediscover who you truly are.
