Meet Jamie…

SPECIALTIES: ADULT ADHD, BODY IMAGE, EXERCISE ISSUES, LIFE TRANSITIONS

I love helping my clients discover their truest self, connect w/ their own agency, and feel empowered to become a faithful caregiver for themselves.

My work has been shaped by my own lived experience. Growing up surrounded by diet culture convinced me that the best version of my body was a small, controlled one. I worked hard to make peace with my own body, food, and movement, and to bring each of those three elements into harmony, rather than wielding them against each other. And as a neurodivergent person living (and thriving) with ADHD myself, I have learned to befriend and work with my brain, rather than against it.

We can take each day, moment by moment, together. We can sort through the things you’re carrying with you and consider if they’re still helpful to you or better left behind. We can inventory and celebrate the new things you pick up on the way. We can sit in the trench together and get familiar with what “hard” feels like. And eventually, we’ll look back together and see growth and challenge and change.

It might be painful on the way, but you don’t have to go it alone.

So tell me - what’s concerning you?
